The choice to enter therapy is an important one.  Often, it can be the beginning of profound changes in one's life.  As a therapist and as a person, I am ever optimistic about the ability we each have to grow, to gain insight, to learn from our past and present, and to experience greater freedom and vitality in our daily living. 

In our work together, we will seek to understand the factors that have brought you to the place in which you find yourself today, as well as solutions that can help you live more peacefully, joyfully, and effectively.

The therapeutic relationship is truly unlike any other in our life.  For that reason, it is of the utmost importance that there be a good "fit" between therapist and client.  I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you and to discuss whether I might be the right person to help you at this point in your journey.

If we work together in clinical supervision, we will focus on integrating theory and practice in order to help you become a more skillful and effective instrument of growth and healing for your clients.
